My Port is Stuck 😨, What Should I do?

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate this situation:
1. Patience is Key:
Sometimes, blockchain congestion or sudden spikes in gas fees (mostly on the target chain) can cause delays in the bridging process. Your tokens might take longer than usual to arrive. Be patient; it's likely on its way!
2. Verify the Status of your Port
ChainPort provides different endpoints, through the API, where you can easily verify the status of your port.

Query Parameters:
base_tx_hash ---> ONLY the HASH from SOURCE network
base_network_id ---> Check the table below with all the Networks ID
Provide ONLY the HASH, not the URL from the scanner when inserting the parameter base_tx_hash

Verify that values for "target_tx_hash" & "target_tx_status" related to your port ARE NOT NULL. In that case, refresh the page a couple of times.

user_web3_address ---> Your wallet address. You can also insert your Cardano wallet address

If your tokens aren't showing up after a reasonable time (~15 minutes), it's time to reach out.
Contact ChainPort's support team with details about your transaction, including the Tx or hash and the amount of tokens involved.
4. Provide Necessary Information:
Help the support team assist you faster by providing essential details about your bridging attempt. This includes the blockchain you're bridging from and to, the token type, and any TX IDs or hashes.
